Carlos Felix Sterling—known to his fans as “Proc”—released his 6th album, You Are Outside In, on April 19th. Blending experimental music techniques and raucous, mesmeric sounds, Proc’s album is a wild trip through time and space.

Proc has a troubadour spirit and is often described as a musical wanderer with “a hot air balloon heart”, and it comes through in roaming and explosive tracks that have the epicness of an odyssey or heroic love story.
