Janel here! Looking for a way to spice up your food? Here’s a nearly quick and fun recipe to spice up your taste buds featuring Shrimp alfredo!

Step One is to prepare ingredients. What we need is any alfredo sauce, Angel Hair Pasta, Shrimp, Cilantro, Garlic, and Seasoning of your choice! Olive oil and salt are also a necessity. First start by cutting up the Cilantro and Garlic don’t be greedy with it. Make sure to not cut too small because we want them big for later. Now in a separate station grab your shrimp run them under warm water to clean them and let them sit to the side to thaw. In a pot grab your angel hair pasta and water, start by adding salt and olive oil into the water and boil until heating up. Once bubbling add the angel hair pasta and wait till they get soft! Once done turn off as strain and add it back into the pot putting butter in the pasta and stirring.
The next step is to take your now-thawed shrimp. Take your pan and begin with butter and a little bit of water and put it to the fire. First add the garlic and then the shrimp let it sit for about 3 minutes. Add some vegetable seasoning and others of your choice to the shrimp. Now add the cilantro. Let it sit for another two and turn off the heat, put the cover over the pan, and let it steam cook the rest of the way.

Now, Add the Alfredo sauce and seasoning. My preference is a bunch of herbs and a little bit of garlic powder. From there add the shrimp and its sauce into its pasta and stir. Now it is done! Add a little extra salt to your liking and serve in a bowl! It is a quick and easy snack only taking 20 minutes at most. Peace from the newspaper's cooking branch!
